'Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! Bhikṣu so-and-so suffers from consumption, and has a rag-robe that is heavy; having business, he wishes to travel among people, but is unable to carry it along; he requests from the saṃgha the formulation of not losing his robes. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha approves and listens, [it will] formulate for this bhikṣu the not losing of his robes. Such is the jñapti.'
