1.101

我某甲外道，歸依佛、法、僧已。從如來出家學道，如來是我至真、等正覺。（三說。次與戒相，與法同上。）

“I, the non-Buddhist so-and-so, have taken refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Saṃgha. Having gone forth from the Tathāgata to train in the path, the Tathāgata is my Arhat, Samyaksambuddha.” (To be said three times. Next, confer the precept forms according to the Dharma, identical to the above.)
