1.114

不得妄語乃至戲笑。若式叉摩那不真實，無所有，自稱言得上人法，得禪、得解脫、得定、得正受，得須陀洹果乃至阿羅漢果，天來、龍來、鬼神來供養我；非式叉摩那，非釋種女。若於眾中故作妄語，犯戒，應更與戒。是中盡形壽不得犯，能持不？（答言：）能。

"You must not speak falsely, even in jest. If a śikṣamāṇā untruthfully and without having them claims to have attained the states of superior human beings—having attained dhyāna, liberation, samādhi, absorption, or the fruit of a srotāpanna up to the fruit of an arhat, or that devas, nāgas, and spirits come to make offerings to her—she is no longer a śikṣamāṇā, no longer a daughter of the Śākyas. If she intentionally tells a lie among the community, she commits a breach of the precepts and must be granted the precepts again. In this matter, you must not violate it for the rest of your life. Can you maintain it?" (She answers:) "I can."
