大姊一心念！我某甲比丘尼，依某甲僧伽藍、（若在村內，應云）某甲聚落、（若在別房，應云）某甲房，前三月夏安居；房舍破，修治故。（三說。以比丘尼要依持律比丘安居，故須問言：）汝依誰持律？（彼應答言：）依某甲律師。（復應語言：）有疑當問。（彼復答言：）可爾。（後三月安居法亦如是。安居有二種：一前，二後。若前安居，住前三月；若後安居，住後三月。）

"May the ayye single-mindedly attend! I, bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, relying on such-and-such a saṃghārāma (if in a village, one should say) such-and-such a village, (if in a separate cell, one should say) such-and-such a cell, enter the earlier three-month summer retreat; because the dwellings are damaged, for the sake of repairing them." (Say three times. Because a bhikṣuṇī must observe the retreat relying on a Vinaya-holding bhikṣu, she must be asked:) "Relying on which Vinaya-holder do you dwell?" (She should answer:) "Relying on Vinaya Master so-and-so." (She should further be told:) "If you have doubts, you must ask." (She answers again:) "So be it." (The procedure for the later three-month retreat is also like this. There are two kinds of retreat: first, earlier; second, later. If observing the earlier retreat, one stays for the earlier three months; if observing the later retreat, one stays for the later three months.)
