大姊一心念！我某甲比丘尼，受七日法出界外，為某事故，還此中安居，白大姊令知。（三說。不應專為飲食故去。）

"May the ayye single-mindedly attend! I, bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, taking the leave of seven days, go outside the sīmā for such-and-such a matter, and will return here to continue the retreat. I declare this so the ayye may know." (Say three times. One should not depart solely for the sake of food and drink.)
