僧自恣法（律言：聽徐徐三說，了了自恣；不應反抄衣、衣纏頸等，應偏露等。作如是言也。）

The Saṃgha's Procedure for Pravāraṇā: (The Vinaya states: It is permitted to speak slowly three times, conducting pravāraṇā distinctly; one must not roll up the robe over the shoulder or wrap the robe around the neck, etc.; one should bare one shoulder, etc. One speaks in this way:)
