僧自恣法（律言：聽徐徐三說，了了自恣；不應反抄衣、衣纏頸等，應偏露等。作如是言：）

The procedure for the saṃgha's pravāraṇā (The Vinaya states: It is permitted to speak deliberately three times and make pravāraṇā clearly. One should not roll up the robe over the shoulder or wrap it around the neck, etc., but bare one shoulder, etc. Say as follows:)
