大姊一心念！我某甲，今求阿姨為十戒阿闍梨，願阿姨為我作十戒阿闍梨。我依阿姨故，得受沙彌尼戒，慈愍故。（三說。應報：）可爾。

“May the ayye single-mindedly pay heed! I, so-and-so, now request the venerable aunt to be my ācāryā of the ten precepts; may the venerable aunt act as my ācāryā of the ten precepts. Relying on the venerable aunt, I obtain the śrāmaṇerikā precepts out of your compassion.” (To be said three times. She should reply:) “It is well.”
