說戒座中識罪心念發露法（案律：當說戒時犯罪，若有人舉、若不舉，若作憶念、不作憶念，其人自憶罪而發露，當語邊人言：）

The procedure for revealing a known offence mentally while seated in the precept recitation (According to the Vinaya: when an offence has been committed at the time of reciting the precepts, whether someone has censured it or not censured it, whether they have made a recollection or not made a recollection, when the person herself recollects the offence and reveals it, she should say to the person next to her:)
