說戒座中識罪心念發露法（律言：當說戒時，有比丘犯罪，彼比丘若有人舉、不舉，若作憶念、不作憶念，其人自憶罪而發露，彼比丘當語邊人言：）

Procedure for mentally revealing known offenses in the precept-recitation assembly: (The Vinaya says: 'When reciting the precepts, there is a bhikṣu who has committed an offense; whether someone reproves that bhikṣu or does not reprove him, whether someone reminds him or does not remind him, that person himself remembers the offense and reveals it. That bhikṣu should say to the person next to him:')
