有五種淨果：火淨、刀淨、瘡淨、鳥淨、不任種淨。復有五淨：若剝少皮、若都剝、若腐爛、若破、若瘀。

There are five kinds of pure fruit: purified by fire, purified by a knife, purified by a wound, purified by birds, and purified by being unfit for seed. Furthermore, there are five purifications: if a little skin is peeled, if all is peeled, if rotted, if broken, or if bruised.
