自今已去，與諸比丘尼結自言治滅諍，應如是說自言毘尼。（是中人現前者，受懺者、懺悔者是。云何自言？說罪名、說罪種懺悔者是。云何治？自責汝心，生厭離。）

"From this day forth, in establishing the settlement by voluntary confession to settle disputes with the bhikṣuṇīs, the settlement by voluntary confession should be stated in this way." (Herein, 'presence of the person' refers to the one who receives the confession and the one who makes the confession. What is 'voluntary confession'? It is confessing by stating the name of the offence and stating the category of the offence. What is 'governance/discipline'? It is reproaching your own mind and generating aversion.)
