3.46

大姊僧聽！今眾在某處作說戒堂。誰諸大姊忍僧在某處作說戒堂者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍聽在某處作說戒堂竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! The saṃgha now establishes a hall for the poṣadha at [such-and-such] a place. Whichever ayyes consent to the saṃgha establishing a hall for the poṣadha at [such-and-such] a place, remain silent; whoever does not consent, speak. The saṃgha has consented to establish a hall for the poṣadha at [such-and-such] a place. The saṃgha consents, therefore it is silent; thus is this matter maintained."
