3.58

大姊僧聽！某甲比丘尼，自求作屋，無主，自為己，從僧乞處分無難、無妨處。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧今與某甲比丘尼處分無難、無妨處。白如是。

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! Bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so] herself seeks to build a hut, without an owner, for herself, and requests from the saṃgha the assignment of a site without hazards and without obstruction. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha consents, let the saṃgha now assign to bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so] a site without hazards and without obstruction. This is the ñatti."
