大姊僧聽！某甲比丘尼，自求作屋，無主，自為己，從僧乞處分無難、無妨處；僧今與某甲比丘尼處分無難、無妨處。誰諸大姊忍僧與某甲比丘尼處分無難、無妨處者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍與某甲比丘尼處分無難、無妨處竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（有主造房，文同，但稱有主為異。）

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! Bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so] herself seeks to build a hut, without an owner, for herself, and requests from the saṃgha the assignment of a site without hazards and without obstruction; the saṃgha now assigns to bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so] a site without hazards and without obstruction. Whichever ayyes consent to the saṃgha assigning to bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so] a site without hazards and without obstruction, remain silent; whoever does not consent, speak. The saṃgha has consented to assign to bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so] a site without hazards and without obstruction. The saṃgha consents, therefore it is silent; thus is this matter maintained." (For building a hut with an owner, the text is the same, only designating it as "having an owner" as the distinction.)
