大姊僧聽！我某甲比丘尼老病，不能無絡囊盛鉢無杖而行，今從僧乞畜杖絡囊。願僧聽我某甲比丘尼畜杖絡囊，慈愍故。（三說。僧應如是與法。）

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! I, bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so], am aged and sick, and unable to walk without a net bag to hold my bowl or without a staff. I now request from the saṃgha permission to keep a staff and net bag. May the saṃgha allow me, bhikṣuṇī [so-and-so], to keep a staff and net bag, out of compassion." (To be spoken three times. The saṃgha should grant the legal action in this way:)
