第三、次第者，於十業道，先殺次盜，此順彼也。又先害正報，次損依報，亦成次第。

Third, the sequence: among the ten courses of karma, first is killing and next is stealing; this follows that order. Furthermore, first harming the direct retribution and next damaging the dependent retribution also establishes the sequence.
