第四、具緣成犯者，別緣亦七：一、對眾生。二、起彼想。三、起誑心。四、覆實事。五、具三毒。六、言明了。七、令他解。

Fourth, regarding the fulfillment of conditions to constitute an offense: the specific conditions are also seven: 1. Facing a sentient being. 2. Conceiving the thought of that [being]. 3. Giving rise to a deceptive mind. 4. Concealing the true matter. 5. Being endowed with the three poisons. 6. The words being distinct and clear. 7. Causing the other to understand.
