4.62

第六、輕重者，有三：若約境，醨等應輕，醲酒應重；二、約心，若輕病無貪，亦犯應輕，反此應重；三、約事，即引生小益，即便同飲，是犯應輕，反此亦重。

Sixth, severity has three aspects: regarding the object, thin liquor and the like should be light, while strong liquor should be grave; second, regarding the mind, if one has a minor illness and is without craving, committing it should also be light, and the opposite should be grave; third, regarding the act, if it leads to producing a minor benefit and one then drinks together [with them], committing it should be light, and the opposite should also be grave.
