七、通塞者，若自調心、若調眾生、若更無處暫時在中、若更無好路，理應不犯，反上犯之。

Seventh, regarding exceptions and restrictions: if taming one's own mind, if taming sentient beings, if there is nowhere else and one is temporarily within it, or if there is no better road, in principle there should be no offense; contrary to the above, an offense is incurred.
