六、輕重者，主勢有強弱，慈護有堅軟，眾諍費財有多少，俱及綺互悉有輕重，準釋可知。

Sixth, regarding severity: leaders have strong or weak authority; compassionate protection may be firm or soft; disputes among the assembly and waste of property may be much or little; and whether combined or mutually varied, all have varying degrees of severity, which can be understood by analogy with the explanations.
