6.18

七、通塞者，若王等取、若強賊、若自重病、若眾極惡未能和得，並應不犯，反上皆犯。

Seventh, regarding permissible and non-permissible cases: if kings and the like confiscate it, if powerful thieves [take it], if oneself is severely ill, or if the assembly is extremely wicked and cannot yet be harmonized, none of these should constitute an offense; the reverse of the above are all offenses.
