七、通塞者，此戒無別制，但起心犯餘戒，即亦犯此戒。是故通塞，皆如諸戒處說應知。

Seventh, on permissible and impermissible cases: this precept has no separate institution; merely giving rise to the thought to commit other precepts immediately commits this precept as well. Therefore, permissible and impermissible cases should all be understood as explained under each precept.
