七、通塞者，若病、若貧無得處、若常入深定、若貪救眾生、若恒說法，理應無犯。反上皆結。

Seventh, exemptions and infractions: if one is ill, if one is poor with nowhere to obtain [offerings], if one constantly enters deep samādhi, if one is eagerly rescuing sentient beings, or if one constantly preaches the Dharma, logically there should be no offense. The opposite of these are all adjudicated.
