第三、「我今」下結勸流通分。於中四：一、結已略說，二、「汝等」下勸學令修，三、「如無相」下指彼廣文，四、「三千」下明眾聞奉持。謂彼品中一一廣說，令彼三千徒眾聞生歡喜。又釋彼三千眾聞佛誦此略本生喜受持。

Part three, from "I now..." onward is the section concluding and encouraging circulation. Within this there are four parts: 1. concluding what has already been briefly explained; 2. from "All of you..." onward, encouraging study and enjoining practice; 3. from "Like the markless..." onward, pointing to that extensive text; 4. from "the three thousand..." onward, explaining that the assembly heard and upheld it. This means that each is extensively explained in that chapter, causing those three thousand followers, having heard it, to give rise to joy. Another explanation is that those three thousand in the assembly, having heard the Buddha recite this abridged version, gave rise to joy and received and upheld it.
