「佛子諦聽」下，是流通分。於中有二：一、付法令持；二、結通餘化。初中有三：一、命眾，即佛子諦聽也；二、正以付囑；三、「三千學」下，時眾頂戴。正付中有二：一、戒經令受持；二、我在今樹下囑戒法令奉行。

From "Disciples of the Buddha, listen attentively" onward is the section on propagation. Within this there are two parts: first, entrusting the Dharma to be upheld; second, concluding its transmission through the remaining transformations. In the first part there are three: first, addressing the assembly, which is "Disciples of the Buddha, listen attentively"; second, the actual entrustment; third, from "The three thousand scholars" onward, the contemporary assembly reverently accepting it. In the actual entrustment there are two parts: first, commanding them to receive and uphold the precept scripture; second, beneath the tree, I now entrust the Dharma of the precepts, bidding them to practice it.
