爾時，釋迦牟尼佛說上蓮華臺藏世界盧舍那佛所說心地法門品中十無盡戒法品竟，千百億釋迦亦如是說。從摩醘首羅天王宮至此道樹下十住處說法品，為一切菩薩、不可說大眾受持、讀誦、解說其義亦如是。千百億世界、蓮華藏世界、微塵世界一切佛心藏、地藏、戒藏、無量行願藏、因果佛性常住藏，如如一切佛說無量一切法藏竟，千百億世界中一切眾生受持、歡喜奉行。若廣開心地相相，如〈佛華光王七行品〉中說。

At that time, when Śākyamuni Buddha had finished expounding the chapter on the ten inexhaustible precept dharmas within the "Chapter on the Dharma Gate of the Mind-Ground" spoken above by Rocana Buddha in the Lotus-Store World, the hundreds of billions of Śākyamunis also spoke in the same way. From the palace of the Maheśvara Deva King down to the chapter expounding the Dharma at the ten dwelling places beneath this Bodhi tree, for all bodhisattvas and the inexpressible assembly to receive and uphold, read and recite, and explain its meaning was also in the same way. The treasury of the mind, the treasury of the ground, the treasury of the precepts, the treasury of immeasurable practices and vows, and the treasury of cause and effect and the permanently abiding Buddha-nature of all Buddhas in the hundreds of billions of worlds, the Lotus-Store World, and the worlds as numerous as fine dust particles—as all the Buddhas as such finished expounding the treasury of immeasurable dharmas, all sentient beings in the hundreds of billions of worlds received and upheld them, and joyfully practiced them. If one were to broadly unfold the characteristics of the mind-ground, it is as spoken in the "Chapter on the Seven Practices of the Buddha Flower-Light King".
