十七名最勝法門者，攝成就故。攝成就者，攝取無量名句字身，頻婆羅阿閦婆等舒盧迦（亦云偈）故。

"The seventeenth name is 'Supreme Dharma Gate'" because it accomplishes subsumption. "Accomplishing subsumption" means that it subsumes immeasurable sets of names, phrases, and syllables, as well as bimbara, akṣobhya, and other ślokas (also called gāthās).
