「彼諸大眾」已下，釋章名。就文為三：一正釋、二者引經示釋處、三料簡。就初正釋又三：初釋放光意、次正釋放光、三明光中所現事。初釋章名，則是解放光意。

From "those great assemblies" downward explains the section title. In the text there are three parts: first, the direct explanation; second, citing the sūtra to indicate the passage being explained; third, analysis. In the first direct explanation there are again three parts: first, explaining the intention of emitting light; next, directly explaining the emission of light; third, clarifying the matters manifested within the light. First, explaining the section title precisely interprets the intention of emitting light.
