彼諸大眾現見異相不可思議事，如來今者應為我說，渴仰欲聞，生希有心，名依止說因成就。是故如來放大光明，示現諸世界中種種事故。

Those great assemblies presently see extraordinary marks and inconceivable events, [thinking,] "The Tathāgata now should explain this for us," thirsting and yearning to hear, giving rise to a mind that senses something rare—this is called the accomplishment of the causes for expounding upon which he relies. Therefore, the Tathāgata emits a great illumination, manifesting all kinds of events in all worlds.
