法輪不斷故。如經「佛滅度後，妙光菩薩持妙法蓮華經滿八十小劫為人演說」故。
Because the wheel of Dharma is uninterrupted. As the sūtra says: "After the Buddha's extinction, Bodhisattva Varaprabha upheld the Saddharmapuṇḍarīkasūtra for a full eighty small kalpas, expounding it for people."
