1.55

「序分成就者」下，第二釋七章門，即成七分。初分有五：一如是、二我聞、三一時、四教主、五住處。今但釋第五，初分四餘經已明，兼復易解，故不釋也。論曰序分成就者，此牒序分成就義也。

From 'Regarding the fulfillment of the introductory section' downward is the second part, explaining the seven section headings, which form seven sections. The first section has five elements: first, 'thus'; second, 'I heard'; third, 'at one time'; fourth, the master of teaching; fifth, the dwelling place. Here he explains only the fifth; the first four elements have already been clarified in other sūtras and moreover are easy to understand, so he does not explain them. When the treatise says 'regarding the fulfillment of the introductory section', this cites the meaning of the fulfillment of the introductory section.
