「二行成就」下，釋第二章也。就文又二：初總釋大小二眾凡有四行、次別釋行體。

From "Second, fulfillment of practice" downward explains the second heading. In the text there are also two parts: first, it explains in general that the two assemblies, Great and Small, have four practices in all; next, it separately explains the essence of the practices.
