小乘十六句功德者，論經廣，故有十六也。菩薩十三句者，羅什經與天親論經同也。
Regarding the sixteen phrases of virtues of the Small Vehicle: the sūtra text of the treatise is extensive, and therefore has sixteen. As for the thirteen phrases of the bodhisattvas: Kumārajīva's sūtra text and Tianqin's treatise text are identical.
