總別門者，釋第二門。初標章門。「皆是阿羅漢等」下，釋總別門。阿羅漢一句為總，漏盡已下十五句為別。

'Category of the general and the specific' explains the second category. First, it states the section heading. From 'all are arhats, etc.' on down, it explains the category of the general and the specific. The single phrase 'arhat' is the general, and the fifteen phrases from 'outflows exhausted' on down are the specific.
