第四說成就有七種者，此章正明法師功德。法師雖具四德，而以說法為正，故廣明具七種德能為物說法。

"Fourth: perfection of preaching has seven kinds"—this section directly clarifies the virtues of the Dharma master. Although the Dharma master possesses four virtues, preaching the Dharma is primary; therefore it extensively clarifies that possessing the seven kinds of virtues enables one to preach the Dharma for the sake of beings.
