「一者種種成就」下，第二正明七種成就，即成七別。初中有二：一標章、二引經。

From "First, various perfections" onwards is the second part, directly clarifying the seven kinds of perfection, which form seven distinct sections. In the first there are two parts: 1. stating the section heading, 2. citing the sūtra.
