「放金色光明者」，上來釋二章，今解釋偈。問：論主何故作此釋？答：前有二句，一不見佛、二不往佛所。若見佛、往佛所，即見佛放金色光明三十二相。此二義相成，是故合釋。

"Emitting golden radiance": above, it explained the two sections; now it interprets the verse. Question: Why does the treatise master make this explanation? Answer: Above there are two phrases: first, not seeing the Buddha; second, not going to the Buddha's place. If one sees the Buddha and goes to the Buddha's place, one then sees the Buddha emitting golden radiance and the thirty-two marks. These two meanings complement each other; therefore they are explained together.
