從「二種聲聞」下，第二明得記不得記。就文又二：初就佛明二種聲聞得記二種不得記。從「菩薩與授記者」下，第二明菩薩通得與記。

From "Upon two kinds of śrāvakas" downward: second is clarifying those who obtain vyākaraṇa and those who do not. In the text there are again two: first, with respect to the Buddha, clarifying that two kinds of śrāvakas obtain vyākaraṇa and two kinds do not. From "The bodhisattva confers vyākaraṇa" downward: second is clarifying that the bodhisattva universally confers vyākaraṇa.
