此得六根清淨者，謂凡夫人以經力故得勝根用，未入初地菩薩正位，此義應知。
[Treatise:] "This attainment of the purification of the six sense faculties means that an ordinary person, through the power of the sūtra, attains superior functions of the faculties without having entered the correct stage of a first-bhūmi bodhisattva; this meaning should be known."
