普賢正是護法。故文云「若《法華經》行閻浮提，皆普賢之力。」及後品者，是〈囑累品〉中佛付諸菩薩，令諸菩薩弘通正法，亦是護法也。

Samantabhadra is precisely the protection of the Dharma. Hence the text says: "If the Lotus Sūtra circulates in Jambudvīpa, it is entirely the power of Samantabhadra." "The subsequent chapter" refers to the "Entrustment Chapter", in which the Buddha entrusts [the sūtra] to the bodhisattvas, causing the bodhisattvas to broadly circulate the correct Dharma; this is also protecting the Dharma.
