「又說言受持觀世音」下，第二料簡上第三護難力經文。就文又三：一牒經標平等、二釋平等、三結平等。

From "furthermore, it states: 'upholding [the name of] Avalokiteśvara'" onward: this is the second [part], which examines the sūtra passage on the third power of protecting from perils above. Within this text there are again three parts: first, quoting the sūtra to indicate equality; second, explaining equality; third, concluding the equality.
