「何者七種具足」下，第二別釋。又開為二：初別釋七種人、第二別釋三種人。初又三：一標七種人、二明能治所治、三總結。第一前列七人。

From "What are the seven kinds endowed with" onward is the second, specific explanation. It is further divided into two: first, specifically explaining the seven kinds of people; second, specifically explaining the three kinds of people. The first also has three parts: 1. indicating the seven kinds of people; 2. clarifying the counteractions and what is to be counteracted; 3. general conclusion.
