〔補註〕無事不辦，所該者廣。當知萬法由心，其心一故，百千三昧、辯才、神通、光明無不具足。

[Supplementary note:] "There is nothing that cannot be accomplished" covers a wide scope. One should know that the myriad dharmas arise from the mind; because the mind is unified, the hundreds of thousands of samādhis, eloquence, spiritual penetrations, and radiance are all fully complete.
