〔補註〕夜獨舉初中後者，嚮晦入息人情之常，故晝日猶能修習，昏夜謂應睡眠，特為重警之也。

[Supplementary note:] As for the night uniquely citing the early, middle, and late [watches], retiring to rest at dusk is the normal human tendency; therefore, during the day one can still cultivate and practice, whereas in the dark night one assumes one should sleep, so this is especially to admonish them severely.
