三唱者，示現法輪滿足成就，三轉實法故。無問者，示現證法滿足成就故。無疑者，示現斷功德滿足成就故。

'Proclaimed three times' demonstrates that the dharmacakra was fully accomplished, having turned the true Dharma in three phases. 'No one asked' demonstrates that the Dharma of realization was fully accomplished. 'Had no doubts' demonstrates that the merit of eradication was fully accomplished.
