〔補註〕如來知眾無疑，尚不須一唱；而必三唱，大慈大悲愍物無已之心也。

[Supplementary note:] The Tathāgata knew the assembly had no doubts, so he did not even need to proclaim it once; yet he had to proclaim it three times out of great benevolence and great compassion, a mind that never ceases in pitying beings.
