「除前及後至名為行蘊」者，此下別釋行蘊。謂五蘊中除前色受想三，及除後識，餘一切有為行法名為行蘊。

"Excluding the preceding and subsequent... is called the aggregate of formations": from here onward the aggregate of formations is separately explained. That is, within the five aggregates, excluding the preceding three of form, feeling, and conception, and excluding the subsequent consciousness, all remaining conditioned formations are called the aggregate of formations.
