「然薄伽梵至由最勝故」者，經部以佛經中唯說六思身名為行蘊，不說餘法。故知但以思為行蘊。故引釋言：由思最勝，故但說思。理實餘法亦行蘊攝。

"However, the Bhagavān... because of being the most prominent": the Sautrāntika holds that because in the sūtras the Buddha spoke only of the six bodies of volition as the aggregate of formations and did not speak of the remaining dharmas, one knows that solely volition is the aggregate of formations. Therefore [the treatise] cites and explains: Because volition is the most prominent, he spoke only of volition. In truth, the remaining dharmas are also subsumed under the aggregate of formations.
