「何緣世尊至受想別為蘊」者，此下第三體廢立。就中，一建立受、想；二無為非蘊。此即建立受、想。問及頌答。

"For what reason did the World-Honoured One ... establish sensation and ideation as separate skandhas?": below this is the third section, on establishing and discarding entities. Within this: first, the establishment of sensation and ideation; second, that the unconditioned is not a skandha. This is the establishment of sensation and ideation.
